– Only one discount offer or code can be used per transaction. We reserve the right to amend or cancel discount codes and promotional offers at any time.
ABANDONED ORDER POLICY
In cases where customers have paid for an order via our self-service platform but do not act upon it, we will mark the order as ‘Dormant’ in our system after 3 months of no activity. After 1 year of no activity we will mark the order as cancelled and close off the data submission form on our system.
